Beer Pairing Dinner

Jim Nau, owner of EBC West will highlight the history of brewing, different styles, flavor profiles of the beers, and why they are paired with each dish. EBC’s executive chef, Ryan Marsh, will prepare 5 courses to be paired with 5 different EBC craft brewed beers. Must be 21 years of age or older. Bring an appreciation for good beer & good food!
