Southwest FL ASTD Learning Event

This learning event will be a deep dive into the world of gamfication. Attendees will actively participate by completing pre-work in the form of a game! The presenter will cover the psychological mechanisms of motivation that games inherently harness and how to begin thinking about applying games to organizational learning and engagement programs.
