Transforming Divisive Conversation: A Workshop for Clergy and Lay Leaders (Greater Boston)

Communities of faith are characterized as much by their diversity as by their shared identity, beliefs and values. Conflict can arise around differences in theology, worship, and identity. This workshop teaches congregational leaders to prepare for conflict, prevent corrosive interactions and help their members engage each other constructively.
