2021 CareFlite Golf Tournament

Please join us as we resume tradition with our 27th Annual Golf Tournament. Enjoy a light breakfast, buffet lunch, green fees, cart, range balls, golf hat, golf tees, gift bag and a certificate for 18 holes of golf free at Tour 18. Awards will be given during the buffet lunch along with thousands of dollars worth of prizes at our raffle.
