9th Annual Promising Practices Conference

A one-day conference for social workers, case managers, counselors, and other social/health service providers on how to effectively address mental health issues in older adults. It includes keynote presentations, breakout sessions and discussions to develop knowledge, skills and resources to provide quality care that is culturally sensitive.
