Afterthought After-Party: Kicking Alzheimer's in the Caboose

The first annual Afterthought After-Party will help raise funds to support people facing Alzheimer's and related dementias by supporting critical programs and services, including the 24/7 Information Helpline, support groups, education for families and professionals, advocacy for quality and affordable dementia care, and research toward a cure.
