Texas Food Safety Conf. 2011

A statewide food safety conference will be held to bring together representatives of fruits and vegetables as well as state and federal regulatory agencies. Presenters at the conference will include food safety experts as well as officials from Texas Department of Agriculture and the Texas Department of State Health Services.
