A State of the Hill presentation by the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce with a food and beverage showcase of the Hill's celebrated restaurants, bars and distilleries. We'll also be handing out the 2013 Spirit Award to a community member who has gone above and beyond to help make Capitol Hill a great neighborhood.
