Boston Alliance for Community Health MAPP Health Planning Training

This workshop will be an evening overview and a day-long, in-depth training on community health planning. BACH is using the MAPP community health assessment and planning process citywide and in 10 Boston neighborhoods through community coalitions. MAPP is a community-driven strategic planning tool for improving community health.
