This 2-day Cook-off is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS), and involves 3 separate competitions to show-off your barbeque prowess! KCBS contest in Pork, Ribs, Chicken, & Brisket; Open Grilling competition in Pizza, Burger, Dessert; and People's Choice.
