Knife Skills I - French Fundamentals

Learn to mince, chop, slice and dice, safely and with speed! Students will learn traditional French cuts along with specialty garnishes. The complete toolbox of a Professional Chef will be demonstrated, and students will have the opportunity to test a variety of knives and kitchen tools.
