Cuisine for Diabetics

In this class we will learn how easy it can be to sustain a healthy diet and most importantly how a diagnosed diabetic can navigate the world of diabetic friendly cuisine. This class is led by a diabetic chef in order to insure a credible atmosphere of learning.
