Food For Thought: Foraging Workshop and Rustic Cooking Class with Langdon Cook on March 31, 2012

Author and instructor Langdon Cook will lead a foraging excursion in picturesque Bolinas, CA. Participants will learn to identify edible native plants - including stinging nettles, sorrel and fiddleheads - and prepare a simple, rustic lunch with the foraged ingredients. Northern California forager and author Kevin Feinstein will co-lead the trip.
