All four Maryland men who signed the Declaration of Independence lived in Annapolis at one time or another. Lecturer Glenn E. Campbell, senior historian of Historic Annapolis, will trace Annapolis’ history from 1765 to 1784, highlighting the key people and incidents that made the city’s revolutionary story both local and nationally significant.
