Learn about the life of William Paca, Signer of the Declaration of Independence, and his family. Historian Jean Russo will inform visitors about Mr. Paca’s education, early training, and marriage to Mary Chew. Gain a greater understanding of how the Paca family fit in the social and economic environment of Annapolis during the 18th century.
