Power Swimming/Workout Focus-Monday Mornings Winter Session 1

The emphasis of these coached swim workouts is on improving swim endurance and speed. The majority of the class time is spent completing a swim workout with a small amount of time spent doing drills. The class meets one time each week for six weeks, and each class is 60 minutes in length.
