The Truth or Dare Challenge is a fun and easy way to reduce energy use and pollution in our region. The RSBP invites La Plata County residents and employees of local businesses to take on a series of 20 "Dares", or opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. First Prize Winner takes home a commuter bike package!
