Self Defense Class - 4:00 p.m. Class

Join us and get empowered with real self defense training by instructors from Street Defense! Learn Hand-to-Hand self defense techniques, pepper spray and kubaton weapons training and workplace shooter response training. These lessons are great for everyone regardless of athletic ability, handicap, gender or coordination level.
