December 2013 Columbia Section Meeting-Oregon Avenue Improvements

We welcome the City of Pasco's Public Works Director Ahmad Qayoumi as our speaker this month. He will present on the Oregon Avenue Project which is currently under design. The corridor has had a high number of fatal accidents in the past five years due to high speeds and a large percentage of truck traffic.
