Many know about fondue, but have you heard of raclette? It's both a type of cheese & a Swiss dish based on heating the cheese & scraping (racler) the melted part. Joanna Miller will teach a bit of history, how to prep & serve, etc. You'll see/taste how fun it can be Cost is $35 per person. Participants receive 15% off any purchases made that night
