Managing Confrontations and Conflicts

This workshop is based on the assumption that conflicts are a normal, healthy part of life. Since conflicts will occur, what is most important is how we understand, resolve, and learn from them. How to work through conflict and confrontations while maintaining positive relationships is key to the success of an organization and will be the focus.
