Facilitating A Collegial Department: Strategies for Chairs
A recent faculty/staff satisfaction survey at UAA pointed to a need to do a better job of creating collegial work environments and responding to individuals who engage in bullying or other toxic behaviors within departments. Chairs play a vital role in the culture and climate within their departments. Lunch 11:30 - 12pm.
