Summer 2014: HYT-TTP Prana-Vidya I

This week long workshop, beginning Monday morning and ending Friday afternoon, will explore the theory, practice and teaching of the Prana-Vidya style of Hatha Yoga. Additionally, an in-depth study of the anatomy & physiology of the physical and subtle body will be included and an opportunity to practice teach at least three classes.
