Synergy Session "The Benefits of School Gardens: A Case Study of the St. Francis Greenhouse"

Community Health and Humanities PhD candidate Emily Doyle has studied the impact of the St. Francis School Greenhouse. Emily will discuss how the greenhouse has benefited students and the community, as well as challenges of sustaining such a program, and how these lessons can help other schools and communities grow gardening programs of their own.
