Discipline & Appeals Course
A Level 1 Discipline & Appeals Certification Course, that will help interested participants become familiar with OSA policies and procedures. Upon successful completion of a cumulative exam after the session, the OSA will issue an official certificate. Light lunch included. No refunds for cancellation or inability to attend.
