Transportation in North Carolina: Moving Forward

Chief Engineer of NCDOT, Mike Holder, oversees all 14 Transportation Divisions. Since 2000, Holder has been the Division Engineer for Division 12, which includes Gaston, Cleveland, Iredell, Alexander, Catawba and Lincoln counties. He manages construction projects, maintenance, operations customer service for the division.
