Just like last year's Sunday Fare but smokin'. Four chefs get together to explore a whole menu based on the technique of smoking. Chefs Adam Wade, Mark Jensen, James South, John Foster and his two protegés have created a delicious four-course feast of the senses. Small Batch brings their brand of bluegrass to the intimate setting.
