Fitness for Life

This course combines the elements of beginning a physical activity program and the key nutritional components for living strong and fit. Become more fit, increase flexibility, and improve your aerobic capacity while learning research to help motivate an active and fit lifestyle. Classes are held Thursdays, Oct. 2 - Dec. 11 from 5 - 6:30 p.m.
