Community Vibrancy Task Force Meeting -- October 15, 2014

At this meeting we will review the finalized self-assessment piece and the first draft of the “outdoor festival” template. We will also receive an update on the Elevate Upstate Community Vibrancy grants for 2014. Finally, we will also discuss what emerged from the Community Vibrancy Component of the Upstate Regional Summit on September 16.
