Art & Soul IV

Now in its 4th year, Art & Soul is a celebration of Neighborhood Houses and how art reaches across boundaries such as poverty and challenging urban neighborhoods to help strengthen children and youth. The event will feature unique works of art in many forms, done by artists of all ages.
