Yoga & Essential Oils

$20 suggested donation will be collected at the door. This class is taught by yoga instructor Elizabeth Arrowood. Yoga and oil application will be provided. Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. There will be a couple extra mats if you do not have one, but please tell us in advance. There are only 8 spaces available!!!
