This seminar will feature the history and creation of classic cocktails, using Finger Lakes Distilling products as their main ingredient: The Manhattan (1870’s–McKenzie Rye), Old Fashion (1881–McKenzie Bourbon), Martini (1880s–McKenzie Distiller’s Reserve Gin), and the Sidecar (1907–Finger Lakes Distilling Aged Brandy).
