The NJ Pregnancy Discrimination Act and EEOC Guidance on Pregnancy and Related Issues 1-22-15
The NJ Legislature enacted the Pregnancy Discrimination Act in 2014 and is now in effect and applies to all employers, regardless of size. Among other things, the law requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations.
