Trauma Sensitive Yoga - 1 Session Class

Befriend, reconnect with and feel empowered in your body. Learn how to notice sensations, experiment with movement and breathing, and practice making choices that are right for you. CLASSES ARE OFFERED ON BOTH 3/16 AND 3/30. PARTICIPANTS MAY ATTEND ONE OR BOTH SESSIONS, BUT SEPARATE PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH SESSION.
