The Springs Groundbreaking Celebration
Please join APAH in celebrating the start of construction on The Springs Apartments! The event welcomes neighbors, community members and project partners. Light lunch and refreshments will be served. UPDATE: The event will be held at The Carlin (4300 N Carlin Springs Rd), followed by groundbreaking at The Springs (555 N Thomas St).
