Erwin Griswold Prize Lecture
The Erwin Griswold Prize is presented by the Supreme Court Historical Society on an occasional basis to the best book published in Supreme Court History. The Griswold Prize honors the legacy of Erwin Griswold, the Society’s Chairman from 1989 until his death in 1994.
