This training will demystify ROMA (Results-Oriented Management & Accountability) for Community Action Agencies and CSBG eligible entities. ROMA is a strategic planning and assessment tool which focuses on results and how to effectively tell the successful stories of the families & communities which Community Action Agencies support.
