Last Days In Vietnam: “If History Does Not Repeat, Does it Rhyme?”

The Academy-Award nominated documentary "Last Days in Vietnam" will be shown on PBS at 9:00p.m. on Tuesday, April 28th. At 5:30p.m. that afternoon, the World Affairs Council will hold a cocktails reception followed by a presentation by Daniel Lucero, Nevada Deputy District Director for the Small Business Administration.
