Youth Mental Health First Aid, Henderson, June 2, 2015

This 8-hour training teaches key skills to help youth who are developing a mental health or substance use problem or who are experiencing a mental health crisis.  Topics include common disorders and potential crises such as helping a person who is having a panic attack, is contemplating suicide, or is struggling with substance use.
