Bells on the Beach: IKFF Western New York Invitational

Welcome to Roc Boxing's annual kettlebell competition, Bells on the Beach. Competition lifts include: Snatch, Long Cycle Jerk, Jerk and Biathlon in five and ten minute categories. Please join us at Ontario Beach Park as part of Monroe County Sports and Music Festival in celebrating the sport of kettlebell with some fun and friendly competition!!
