Pioneer Institute is co-sponsoring a breakfast forum, "Know-Nothings' Nativism, Catholic Education, and School Choice," on 19th century anti-Catholic bigotry in Massachusetts, which was the basis for state constititonal amendments that block wider access to private and parochial schools.
