WV Candidate Training Academy Session in Wheeling

The WV Candidate Training Academy is a broad collaboration of community-based groups. These trainings are 100% non-partisan and will teach the basic skills of running for office - stump speeches, asking for money, deciding what to run for. It’s designed for folks who are ready to run in 2016, or who are contemplating a run further down the road.
