Application for OutSet: The Young Filmmakers Project from LA LGBT Center & Outfest

OutSet is the Young Filmmakers Project from the LA LGBT Center and Outfest. OutSet is gearing up for it's 5th Year and we are looking for new fellows to apply for a filmmaking lab specifically for young LGBT storytellers between the ages of 16-24 years old.
