Facilitating Person-Centered Planning

This two-day workshop is designed to help participants develop the competencies needed to facilitate student and family-directed career, education and life planning. The curriculum focuses on learning to design creative planning processes, manage group dynamics, and utilize visual mapping tools to help planning teams work cooperatively.
