CWIT October 13th Luncheon Featuring Ryan Trail, Attorney for Williams Mullen
Ryan will discuss the federal Toxic Substances Control Act, which regulates the production, importation, use and disposal of chemical substances in the United State and how this affects certain importers, producers, and manufacturers of chemical substances. Ryan will also explore who requires a Premature Notification and possible exemptions.
