Singing Culture: Italian Language and the Births of Opera

To illustrate the theme of this year's Italian Language Week, which is "The Italian of Music, the Music of Italian", Kip Crenna from the San Francisco Opera and Marina Romani from UC Berkeley will give a talk about the origins of opera.
