Utilizing The Center for Serving Leadership's "Serving Leader Development System," cohorts of regional leaders engage in an integrated and comprehensive 6-month leadership program. Participants gain mastery in leadership behaviors that grow great people, increase organizational results and strengthen the organization’s value proposition.
