Forward Extensions

In the Moving Into More Advanced Poses Series of workshops, students will have the chance to explore less familiar poses by learning their connections to more familiar ones, and to explore the relations between different categories of poses. We will investigate how what is learned in one category of poses transfers over to the practice of others.
