Celebrate the 150th anniversary of the 13th Amendment with the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and President Lincoln's Cottage! Scholars Christian Samito, George Rutherglen, and Edna Greene Medford will discuss the historical, legal, and contemporary impact of the 13th Amendment.
