Accessible by Design - A Study of Effective ADA Concepts

The Americans with Disability Act (ADA) has been a standard in construction since 1990. In the 25 years since its enactment, there have been numerous regulatory amendments and a plethora of civil claims concerning its application. We will review best practices by design professionals and building owners on how to minimize liability exposure.
